01 About Our Services

Michalek Health Solutions is a licensed independent insurance brokerage (National Producer Number 21043091) offering health insurance and related coverage options to individuals, families, and small businesses. We help consumers review coverage options and connect with licensed advisors. We are not an insurance carrier, and we do not issue policies. Coverage, eligibility, and pricing are determined by the issuing carriers and are subject to underwriting.

We are licensed to conduct business in multiple states. Availability of specific plans varies by state and by individual eligibility.

02 SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to be contacted, you agree to receive text messages from Michalek Health Solutions related to your request for coverage information, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications from a licensed advisor. How we obtain consent

We contact consumers who have submitted a request for health insurance quote or coverage information through an online lead generation form and who have provided prior express written consent to be contacted by a licensed insurance agent by phone, text message, and email. Consent language is presented at the point of form submission. You may withdraw consent at any time as described above.

03 Communications by Phone and Email

By providing your contact information, you also consent to receive phone calls and emails from Michalek Health Solutions and its licensed advisors regarding coverage options and related services. You may opt out of email communications using the unsubscribe link in any email, or opt out of calls by requesting to be placed on our internal do-not-call list.

Any statements regarding potential savings, benefits, or coverage are illustrative and are not guarantees. Actual coverage, premiums, and eligibility are determined solely by the issuing insurance carriers and are subject to underwriting and applicable law. Individual results vary.
