Michalek Health Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website, submit a request for information, or communicate with us. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

01 Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact information such as your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address;
  • Information relevant to a coverage request, such as age, household size, employment status, and general coverage needs;
  • Records of your communications with us by phone, text, or email.

We may also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our website, such as browser type, device information, and pages viewed, through cookies and analytics tools.

02 How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your request and provide information about coverage options;
  • To schedule appointments and connect you with a licensed advisor;
  • To send you communications by phone, text message, and email that you have consented to receive;
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
  • To improve our website and services.

03 SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile information, or the consent you provide to receive text messages, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with any third party for marketing.

We may share mobile information with service providers that help us operate our messaging program (for example, our messaging platform provider), solely to deliver the messages you have requested and subject to confidentiality obligations. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

04 How We Share Information

We may share your information:

  • With insurance carriers and licensed advisors as needed to provide you with quotes and coverage options you have requested;
  • With service providers who perform functions on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations;
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, our company, or others.

We do not sell your personal information.

05 Cookies & Tracking

We keep tracking to a minimum, and — apart from one essential item — we don't load anything until you agree. On your first visit, a cookie banner lets you Accept all, Reject, or Manage your choice by category. You can change your choice anytime using the Manage cookies link in our footer, or by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings.

Strictly necessary (always on). We store one item in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie choice so we don't ask on every visit. No analytics cookies are set unless you allow them.

Only with your consent, and only for the categories you allow:

  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4. Loads only if you allow analytics; sets _ga cookies to measure site traffic and which pages are useful. IP is anonymized, and we do not use this data for advertising.
  • Reviews widget — Elfsight. Loads only after consent to display our Google reviews, and may set its own cookies or local storage to render.

Fonts. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, which sets no cookies but does request the font files from Google.

Spam & bot protection — Cloudflare Turnstile. Our contact and quote forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused, invisible alternative to CAPTCHA, to tell real visitors apart from automated bots. It runs in the background when you interact with a form and may store a strictly-necessary token in your browser and share limited technical signals (such as browser characteristics and interaction data) with Cloudflare solely to score whether the submission is genuine. Because it exists to protect the forms from abuse, it operates as a strictly-necessary security measure — it loads without requiring cookie consent, is never used for advertising, and does not track you across other sites. Cloudflare processes this data as our service provider under its own Privacy Policy.

What we don't use. We do not run any advertising or social-media tracking — no Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Ads/remarketing, LinkedIn, TikTok, or X/Twitter — and no session-recording tools. Our booking link (Calendly) is an outbound link — it sets no cookies on this site; any Calendly cookies are set only after you click through to calendly.com.

06 Your Choices

  • Text messages: Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
  • Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
  • Phone calls: Ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list.

07 Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08 Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

09 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
